Concern or Issue
Kerri first came to us because her site of six years had been hacked. Besides the hack she also needed maintenance. She had a good amount of customers coming to her site each month, but wanted to optimize their experience. Her site was a little slow due to the number of users and products, so we had our work cut out for us. Kerri also needed to update her theme and do a little facelift.
Pathway To Success
Luckily she was pretty website savvy and knew her way around her existing website so we knew the hack wasn’t anything that she had caused. Our team went in, identified the issue, and rectified it quickly. After we had eliminated the security threat, we installed our security and maintenance software. This allowed us to establish a baseline of healthy behavior for the website. After that we did speed and optimization checks on her website to see where we could improve her site the most.
A year later and the site hasn’t been hacked or gone down since the initial incident. More than that, her site speed has increased greatly. By optimizing her images, tweaking her theme, and other tricks, we’ve ensured that her site loads as quick as possible. She continues to enjoy a healthy amount of traffic to her website and satisfied customers.
Last year, after being in business six years, the worst thing that could happen…happened. And that would be that awful four-letter word: hack. As a result, a new website was required and I needed someone that could work their magic on the backend doing the tasks and programming that I was unfamiliar with as well as helping to transition from the one website to the other.
Thank heavens someone suggested Wayne to come to my rescue. This guy needs his own cape because he definitely falls into the ‘superhero’ category. He was so quick and helpful and–even though we were just emailing–I could tell he had a smile on his face. He always had a positive attitude even when things were tough. That’s something you need when going through something so traumatic and frustrating.
Now we’re back up and running and feeling good. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have someone who’s personally looking out for me and my site. There’s peace of mind in that security. I say this often, but it’s never enough…thanks for all you do Wayne!
